Warranty
YOZMA ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
All YOZMA bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Note: This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased from authorised channels within the United Kingdom. If the product is transported, relocated, or used outside of its original country of purchase, warranty service may be restricted or declined.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this limited warranty. You may have additional rights under UK law beyond those described here.
WARRANTY PERIOD & ELIGIBILITY
The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser places an order through our online shop. The 1-year warranty period begins from the date the initial owner receives the product.
Warranty Transfer: The warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner only if both of the following conditions are met simultaneously:
- The original 1-year warranty period has not yet expired.
- The transferee holds the original owner's name and order number.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
All YOZMA bikes carry a one (1) year warranty from the date of receipt for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship. Free accessories are not covered.
YOZMA will replace any part confirmed to be defective in material and/or workmanship (including damage during shipment). YOZMA retains sole discretion to determine whether damage or defect falls within the scope of this limited warranty.
1. Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your YOZMA product has a warranty issue, please contact us first at support.eu@yozmasport.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the defective product are required for all warranty requests.
YOZMA will not dispatch replacement parts without first reviewing photographic or video evidence of the defect. Valid warranty claims will be processed within the 1-year warranty period from the original date of retail purchase.
Important: This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only. Customer-incurred costs, including but not limited to installation, labour, mechanic shop charges, or service fees, are not covered and will not be reimbursed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Shipping Damage Claims
In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit, please contact support.eu@yozmasport.com and provide photographic or video evidence within seven (7) days of receipt of the bike.
Free accessories are not covered for replacement or compensation for cosmetic scratches incurred during transportation.
